Bring the number your team argues about most.
One email is enough to start. There is no form here on purpose: a form lands in a queue, and this reaches a person who will read it and answer honestly, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
- Usually 45 minutes
- No fee
- You keep what it finds
How it goes
Four steps, and the first one is a sentence.
You send one line about the argument
Not a brief. The number two people in your company disagree about, or the thing somebody does by hand every week and resents. That is enough to know whether this is worth either of our time.

We agree what would count as a useful answer
In writing, before anything is connected. It stops the session ending with everyone politely deciding it went well.
Forty five minutes, on your own accounts
We connect the sources that need nothing applied for, which is most of them, and ask your question in front of you rather than sending a report afterwards.
You keep whatever it found
Written up, yours, whether or not there is a second conversation. That is not generosity; a session that finds nothing worth keeping has told us both something useful.
What to bring
Less than you think.
The most useful sessions start from a specific disagreement rather than a general interest, because a specific disagreement can be settled in the room.
- A number two people in your company disagree about
- Or a report somebody rebuilds by hand every week
- Or an app store, an analytics property or a tag manager nobody has looked at in a year
- Read-only access to something you own, created by you and revocable by you
- Nothing else. No brief, no requirements document, no procurement step
Where we are
APAC (GMT+6), working across time zones.
Sessions run early or late as needed, which is normal rather than a favour. If you are in the UK or Europe, mornings here are your afternoon and that works well.
Press, brand or partnership enquiries reach the same address. Logo files, colour values and usage rules are on the brand page.
