Recover the revenue in the session it is leaking from.

You have watched it happen. The live goes well, comments arrive faster than anyone can answer, and by the time your team reaches the fortieth person the twelfth has gone. Then afterwards, three platforms each claim the orders that did land.

What it costs today

The session outruns your team, and then the numbers disagree.

A busy session runs past the point any moderator can read, which is a measured figure and a source on Live commerce. Afterwards the arithmetic goes the other way. Each platform reports the same purchase on its own attribution window, so the totals add up to more orders than you had, and the only source that knows what actually sold is your own shop.

During the session

The constraint is typing speed, and it will not improve.

Nobody is doing anything wrong. Your moderators reply as fast as human beings can, and by message forty, message twelve has already gone.

Now
  • A moderator reads, checks stock, then types
  • Interest arrives as codes, screenshots and two languages at once
  • Whatever was missed is cold by the morning
Instead
  • Comments and inbox watched at the same time, for the whole session
  • Stock checked against your own system before anything is promised
  • A checkout link for that item, to that buyer, in seconds

Out of stock becomes a waitlist with a position, rather than a dead end.

Afterwards

Your shop settles it.

Each platform reports the same purchase on its own window. Added together the total is confidently wrong, and a budget decision gets made on it.

Attributed by the definition above rather than a generous one.

Before you ask

Three that decide whether this is worth doing.

What counts as revenue it produced?

Orders completed through a checkout link the agent sent, and nothing else. Not orders that happened during the session, not orders from people who watched it. A generous definition produces a bigger number and a worse decision, and this one goes in writing before a session runs.

What if it promises stock we do not have?

It checks your inventory before sending a link and reserves against it. Anything without stock goes to the waitlist path instead. That is the one place a confident wrong answer costs you a customer rather than a click, so it follows strict grounded rules.

Our comments are not in one language.

Mixed language free text is normal rather than an edge case, including transliterated spelling. It is worth testing against your own past sessions before anyone commits, which is what the supervised sessions are for.

Name the last live that went well.

We will look at what the platforms claimed for it, what your shop actually recorded, and how far apart those two numbers were.
