Reporting & delivery

Your reports, where your team already is.

Not in a dashboard somebody opens twice. In the group chat they are already reading at eight in the morning, which is a reasonable thing to want and a genuinely annoying thing to provide.

  • Three destinations
  • Walled per team
  • Runs on your own machine
Yesterday, across every account

Arrived 8:00, nobody sent it

Same card, same time, every weekday.

What it costs today

Everyone knows this is silly. Nobody has time to fix it.

4hrs

To build one client's monthly report, before a single person has read it

JobsDone Labs, 2026

Reporting is described as the single largest non-billable time sink in most account-management organisations.JobsDone Labs, 2026 The daily version is smaller and worse: screenshot, paste, caption, send, repeated across every group, for about twenty minutes, before anybody has done anything useful with the day.

Where it lands

One report. Three places you already look.

Registered in advance, so a report can only ever reach somewhere you named. Not a link to a dashboard, the numbers themselves.

Built onceOne report, defined onceEvery weekday at 08:00
  • WhatsApp groupsThe per-client or per-team groups you already talk in, registered in advance
  • EmailFor the people who want it filed rather than pinged
  • TelegramSame report, same schedule, wherever the team actually reads

Destinations are registered before anything can be sent to them.

Your morning

This is the twenty minutes. This is the same twenty minutes, back.

Now
  • Open each platform, export, screenshot
  • Paste into the group, write the caption, send
  • Repeat per client, per group, before the day starts
Instead
  • The report is built while nobody is awake
  • It arrives in the group at the time you set
  • The first thing anyone does with it is read it

During a push it can run every two hours instead, which is the version nobody would do by hand.

What it does

Set once, then stop thinking about it.

  • On the schedule you set: every morning, every Friday, or every two hours during a push
  • Built from a template, or to a structure you defined once by chatting rather than filling in a form
  • Live updates during a campaign push: spend, results, and target against achievement
  • Event-triggered, so a checkbox in a shared sheet posts the update itself and nobody types it
  • Walled by team, so your brand people and your performance people see their own reports and not each other's

One honest condition

Read this part before anything else.

Delivery into WhatsApp groups automates a standard messaging session, and numbers used this way can be banned. So a dedicated non-personal number is required rather than recommended, and that number is shared across up to four desktops, which keeps any individual’s own account out of it entirely. It is a condition of use rather than a limitation, and it belongs at the front of the conversation rather than in a footnote at the end of one.

What happens if the number does get banned?

You lose a SIM card, not your identity and not your customer relationships, which is the entire reason for the dedicated-number rule. Recovery is a new number, a re-link and a re-map of the groups, and it is part of the service rather than an incident.

Why not just use the official API?

For customer-facing marketing messages at scale, you should, and we will say so. This is built for internal and client-group reporting, where the per-conversation model prices the exact thing you want to do every day. Different job, different tool, and pretending otherwise would waste your money.

Where does the data actually go?

Processing happens on the machine the app is installed on rather than in our cloud, and the report reaches the group from that machine. Each client's setup stays separate, so one client's risk is never another client's problem.

Can one team run several sending identities?

One sending number is shared across up to four desktops, so an account team has a single identity rather than four competing ones, and a handover does not mean re-linking anything.

Start here

Name the report somebody sends by hand every morning.

That one. We will set it up against your real numbers and your real group, and you can decide afterwards whether the twenty minutes was worth reclaiming.
