What the session costs you
Nobody is doing anything wrong. That is the problem.

Interest also arrives in the messiest possible form: a product name, a code, a photo taken off the screen, a question in two languages at once. Each one needs somebody to interpret it, check stock and answer. Whatever they cannot reach is sitting in the inbox the next morning, cold, from people who were ready to buy two hours ago and are not any more.
During the session
This is the hour you have now. This is the same hour, answered.

The definition
What counts as revenue it produced.
Attributed revenue means orders completed through a checkout link the agent sent, and nothing else. Not orders that happened during the session. Not orders from people who watched it. A generous definition produces a bigger number and a worse decision, and this one goes in writing before a session is ever run.

What if it promises stock we do not have?
It checks your inventory before sending a link and reserves against it. Anything without stock goes to the waitlist path rather than the checkout path. Money-touching decisions follow strict grounded rules: a confident wrong answer there costs you a customer, not a click.
What if it says something wrong in front of an audience?
Sessions run supervised to begin with, alongside your own moderators. You see exactly what it would say while it is saying it, and you set what it may never say. A product that talks to your customers in the moment should earn the right to do it unattended.
Our comments are not in one language.
Mixed-language free text is normal and expected rather than an edge case, including transliterated spelling. This is worth testing against your own past sessions before anyone commits, and that is what the supervised sessions are for.
